Dean Cullum currently serves as Senior Auctioneer for NDA Real Estate and has been working alongside Mr. Winchell since February 1983. Mr. Cullum possesses an exceptional ability to read his audience, consistently securing the highest possible bids from each buyer.

Blending market knowledge, psychology, and showmanship, Mr. Cullum has honed his skills, successfully auctioning everything from antique cars and fine wines to luxury homes and resort hotels. His dynamic approach has energized hundreds of auction rooms, cultivating a competitive atmosphere among bidders and contributing to over $5 billion in property sales along side Mr. Winchell.

Mr. Cullum’s extensive expertise and leadership have been a valuable asset to the auction team. Over the course of his career, he has worked with various governmental agencies across the United States and has conducted more than 10,000 oral auctions, with total sales exceeding $6 billion.

Mr. Cullum has additionally conducted auctions for public administrators in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Kern County. He has also played a key role in conducting successful “scattered sales” for the FDIC and auctioning both commercial and residential real estate for the RTC, handling properties such as hotels, office buildings, apartment complexes, homes, and apartments for clients like Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, the IRS, HUD, and private contractors representing government entities.
