• Select homes you want to tour.
• Receive a detailed showing schedule catered to your availability. We always organize the showings and accompany our clients to every one.

• Discuss the Escrow process with our clients so they know what to expect.
• Once an offer is accepted, we open Escrow!
• While in Escrow, we move through each Contingency period (Inspections, Appraisal and Loan Contingencies), while leading and guiding our clients every step of the way. 
• Closing Day! When the loan has funded and the sale has recorded, our clients receive the keys to their new home along with a specially gifted NDA Real Estate closing present.
